In this privacy policy we explain how we collect and process personal data when you visit our website, contact us or download our lookbooks. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

Quote requests and contact: name, company, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the content of your message and, if you choose so, your wish to receive news and lookbook updates.

Lookbook downloads: first and last name, company, e-mail address, preferred language and, if you choose so, your wish to receive news and lookbook updates.

Business relationship: information we need to prepare offers and to process and deliver orders, such as contact persons, delivery addresses and order details.

Website visits: technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, browser and device information, which our hosting provider processes to operate and secure the website.

 

3. Purposes

We use your data to answer your requests, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, give you access to our lookbooks and follow up on your interest in our gifting solutions, send you news and lookbook updates (only if you have agreed), and to operate, secure and improve our website.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in answering requests and following up on business contacts (Art. 6(1)(f)), and your consent for news and updates (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

 

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who support us and with partners where this is necessary to process your order, for example:

– our website and hosting provider Wix.com Ltd., including its form, contact management and analytics functions;

– providers of e-mail and IT services;

– manufacturers, finishing partners and logistics providers, to the extent necessary to produce and deliver your order (e.g. delivery addresses).

 

5. Transfer abroad

Some of our service providers may process data outside Switzerland, for example in the EU or the USA. If a country does not offer an adequate level of data protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

 

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies that are necessary for its operation. We also use Wix Analytics, a service of our website provider Wix.com Ltd., to understand how visitors use our website (for example which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts and how visitors find our website). For this purpose Wix may set cookies and process technical data such as your IP address and device information. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; some functions of the website may then be limited.

 

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, as long as you have not objected or withdrawn your consent, and as long as statutory retention obligations require (e.g. 10 years for business records under Swiss law).

 

8. Your rights

You can request information about the data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. You can object to processing, withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future and unsubscribe from news and updates at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your local data protection authority.
